Shipping Policy

Shipping is at cost for all products at check-out. When specifying the delivery address, please make sure to include any apartment, suite, unit, or floor numbers that will be required for delivery. 

If the address information that is provided is not valid, our courier may be unable to deliver your package and we will NOT refund product or shipping charges based on incorrect addresses. If you would like us to ship the product again to a different delivery address, you will be responsible for the additional product and shipping charges. 

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS - USA: If you live inside of the United States, all standard mail shipments may take approximately 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) after the processing time. Priority Mail option takes approximately 3-5 business days (excluding Sundays and Holidays) after the processing time. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time, we are not offering International Shipping due to high costs of postage. Please keep eye out for future updates once we figure things out.

Processing Time: Our normal processing time is 2 - 4 BUSINESS DAYS. All orders received during promotions, sales or holidays may take up to 5 - 7 business days.

Missing or stolen packages: Free Spirit Wellness is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and will not reimburse or duplicate any stolen or lost items from USPS. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate. If items are lost or stolen, a claim can be filed directly through USPS.
