Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be delighted with every purchase you make from us. All items - except the following can be returned or exchanged within 15 days provided they are in their original condition.
- Clearance items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
- Any items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Teas/Elderberry kit packaged opened.
- Lip balms opened.
- If you had the item more than 15 days after delivery
PLEASE EMAIL US AT FREESPIRITWELLNESS5@GMAIL.COM FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU INITIATE A RETURN PROCESS.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
if you are sent the wrong product, we will pay for the return and send you the correct one and pay for that shipping.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please DO NOT send purchase back without authorization approval.
Merchandise must be received in NEW condition and intact, or we will refuse the return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at freespiritwellness5@gmail.com.
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at freespiritwellness5@gmail.com for further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item excluding returns due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we therefore recommended that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the parcel for the value of the goods and offers tracking.
Lost or stolen items: Lost or stolen items will NOT be covered by Free Spirit Wellness. Once we send your item to USPS, you will have to process a claim with them.
Please remember we are a small business, and while we want you to be happy and will do what we can to make things right, we have these policies in place to ensure a fair return/exchange policy.
